The Kiddie Party Library is a free information and directory website. It was created as a response to the growing number of parents searching online for organizers, venues, and other services for their children's birthday parties. Parents and other party planners look all over the Internet to find party services that would suit their needs and budget. Classified ads websites may be comprehensive but can be disorganized, misleading, or missing information. The goal is provide them all possible options in an organized website focused on kiddie parties, so that less time will be spent on canvassing and making inquiries.

The Kiddie Party Library is also a free service for party shops that want to advertise their services. There are a lot of party services in Metro Manila that remain unknown to their clients; joining the directory gives them a spot on the Internet and increases their visibility. Party shop owners or representatives can add their companies and contact information to the directory, and upload images of their products to give parents an idea of how they work.

As the website grew, it also expanded to providing articles with kiddie party ideas, tips and suggestions; substantial contributions are also welcome. Contributions can be made by sending the article via e-mail, or simply logging on to the website. A forum is also available for parents, suppliers, and other interested parties to meet and discuss kiddie parties (not business transactions).

To accomodate for the growing number of party services found in Multiply.com, the Kiddie Party Library has now created a Multiply account at http://kiddiepartylibrary.multiply.com. Party shops and other services with Multiply accounts can join the group http://kiddiepartyservices.multiply.com while party venues can join the group http://kiddiepartyvenues.multiply.com.
